In order to comply with Leahy vetting requirements, this cable forwards the names and biodata of three Afghan National Army (ANA) officers who have been selected to participate in a Marshal Center sponsored seminar on counterterrorism. The seminar will be held May 23 - August 10, 2007 in Garmisch, Germany. Post does not possess any derogatory information on these individuals. ¶3.
