(SBU) In order to comply with Leahy Amendment vetting requirements, this cable forwards the name of one additional candidate chosen as a replacement for the Herat Chief Prosecutor Maria Bashir's personal security detail (PSD) (ref a). ¶3. (U) Action Request: Post requests expeditious completion of the new candidate as soon as possible and thanks Department for its expeditious vetting of the first list (ref b). ¶4.
