Kansikas-Debraise, Director of the Finnish MFA's Unit for
Arms Control and Non-Proliferation. Kansikas-Debraise
welcomed our points and said that Finland fully agrees with
all of them. The GOF stands ready to take any necessary
action to implement the provisions of UNSCRs 1737 and 1747
and will report those actions to the Sanctions Committee as
necessary.
