On July 6, Post delivered the letter from National Nuclear Safety
Administration Assistant Deputy Administrator Andrew Bieniawski to
Minister of Science and Technology Tran Quoc Thang per reftel along
with a cover letter signed by DCM Jonathan Aloisi. Copies of the
letters were also sent to Vietnam Atomic Energy Commission Vice
Chairman Le Van Hong, Ministry of Foreign Affairs America's
Department Deputy Director Nguyen Ba Hung and Ministry of Foreign
Affairs Department of International Organizations Director Le Hoai
Trung. Post will report any response that is received.
