Policy course to be held from March 5 to March 24, 2007, at
the Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies at Fort McNair,
Washington, D.C. Embassy conducted its own review and found
no credible information that this individual has been
involved in any gross human rights violations. Please
conduct human rights vetting and advise of any results.
