1. Guyana has substantially changed its delegation to the
Conference of the Caribbean. Per MFA CARICOM Desk Officer
Nikki Cole, the final GoG delegation to the Conference of the
Caribbean will be:
-- President Bharrat Jagdeo
-- Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Rudy Insanally
-- Minister of Foreign Trade & International Cooperation Dr.
Henry Jeffrey
-- MFA Director General Ambassador Elizabeth Harper
-- Guyana Ambassador to the U.S. Bayney Karran
-- First Secretary at Guyana's Embassy and Alternative
Representative at Guyana's Permanent Mission to the OAS
Deborah Yaw
-- First Secretary at Guyana's Embassy and Alternative
Representative at Guyana's Permanent Mission to the OAS
Forbes July
-- Aide-de-camp (ADC) to the President of Guyana Maj. Ronald
Hercules.


2. The final GoG attendees for the meeting with POTUS will
be: President Jagdeo, Minister Insanally, and Ambassador
Harper. The GoG attendess for the SECSTATE meeting will be:
Minister Insanally and Ambassador Karran. Other than his
ADC, President Jagdeo will not bring a security detail. The
ADC will not carry a firearm.


3. MFA still has not provided a flight itinerary for
President Jagdeo or MFA Insanally.
