Sierra Leone MFA Director General Ambassador Umaru Wurie to
underscore U.S. support for the HRC candidacies of Bosnia and
Slovenia. Wurie stated that he instructed the Sierra Leone
Perm Rep in New York to vote for Bosnia and Slovenia. As
noted reftel B, post advises that it would be useful to seek
out the Sierra Leone UN Permrep to determine if he intends to
follow these instructions.
