1. (U) Post was informed by Hellenic Ministry of
Transportation on April 17 that the GoG has already approved
the US-EU Air Transport Agreement (ATA) and granted the Greek
EU PermRep the authority to sign the agreement at the COREPOR
meeting the week of April 23. We were told that the GoG will
submit the ATA to the Greek Parliament for ratification after
its final signing, but that no other internal Greek approval
processes were outstanding.
