(SBU) Ambassador delivered reftel message July 15 to Jabor
bin Yusuf Al Thani, office director of Prime Minister/Foreign
Minister Hamad bin Jassim Al Thani. Jabor said he had not
received any information regarding the GCC-plus-two meeting
but would raise the issue with the Minister. Post also
alerted the GOQ of the importance of meeting via diplomatic
note the same day.
