On March 25, mission delivered reftel demarche's points in a
non-paper to Ms. Abida Islam, Director, America & Pacific
Wing, Ministry of Foreign Affairs for determination of the
appropriate office to address this issue. On March 30,
Econoff confirmed with Ms. Islam that this non-paper has been
forwarded to the Multilateral Economic Affairs Wing of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Post will report on any
substantive developments.
