1. This is an action request. See para three.
2. The following candidates have been selected for
participation in the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies
(APCSS) Stability, Security, Transition and Reconstruction
(SSTR) course to be held in Honolulu, Hawaii, from April 11 -
May 10, 2007. Post vetting was completed on March 4, 2007.
Post requests that vetting be completed by March 16, 2007, to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the
department conduct Leahy vetting for the following candidates:
