NEGOTIATING TEXT DELIVERED

Post presented reftel demarche to Ministry of Commerce
official Sharifa Khan by telephone February 22. Ms Khan
reported that the EU had already been in two days previously
with a similar demarche. Post clarified the distinction
between the two proposals using appropriate 'if asked'
talking point in reftel. Post followed up with a non-paper
and the original texts as provided reftel on February 25.
Post will report any substantive response.
