In a diplomatic note dated August 22, the Government of Benin (GOB)
informed the Embassy that President Boni Yayi would attend the
sixty-second session of the United Nations General Assembly. The
diplomatic note further stated that the remainder of the Beninese
delegation has not yet been determined, but that this information
would be transmitted to the Embassy as soon as it becomes
available.
