(U) POLOFF delivered reftel nonpaper on the PSI fifth
anniversary conference and workshop to Ted Knez, Executive
Officer, Counter-Proliferation Section, Department of Foreign
Affairs and Trade, on December 10. Knez indicated Australia
was already familiar with the planned conference and would be
represented, but was not yet prepared to provide details of
the Australian delegation. We will advise as details become
available.
