SUBJECT: ICAO: DEMARCHE ON MONTREAL CONVENTION AND AMENDMENT
Econoff delivered reftel demarche to Ehab Sadeq, head of the
Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority. Sadeq was not familiar with the
issue but said that he would pass nonpaper on to Shawki Azzab, GOE
representative to the ICAO in Montreal, and that the GOE would
consider further. We will report any substantive response
separately.
