Gonzalez asked for specific help reaching out to Singapore and South Korea, both with representatives on Interpol's Executive Committee. Gonzalez said the Koreans had responded to the Argentine demarche very cautiously, insisting that they wanted to hear the Iranians before reaching a decision. In Singapore, the Argentines also got an evasive response. Following up on the GOA's request for assistance, post requests Department seek Embassy Singapore's and Embassy Seoul's assistance in approaching appropriate authorities to support Argentina as per ref.
