Poloff delivered reftel talking points to Ministry of Foreign
Affairs (MFA) Department of International Organizations
Secretary Martin Romero, head of UNESCO-OAS and Candidacies,

Steve Carr's candidacy to the International Red Cross and Red
Crescent Movement's Standing Commission, and urged the GOA to
