¶1. (U) Nicolas Raigorodsky, the Director of Transparency Policies in
the Office of Anticorruption, confirmed to post that he and his team
have received the Spanish version of the checklist and that
Argentina would complete the UNCAC checklist before the August 15
deadline. Raigorodsky expressed appreciation for our offer of
assistance and stated that he would keep it in mind in case the need
arose. Post also delivered reftel points to Advisor Mauricio Alice
from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Officer of the Legal
Advisor (OLA) and to Dr. Abel Fleitas Ortiz de Rozas, Director of
the Office of Anticorruption.
