Deputy Head of MFA Security Policy and Non-proliferation Department Vilmos Hamikus told poloff on 26 February that the GOH is in "nearly complete agreement" with the U.S. positions put forth in reftel demarche. According to Hamikus, on 26 February the Security Policy Department sent its latest position paper regarding Iran and the IAEA report to the Prime Minister's Office. Hamikus said "the paper is almost exactly the same" as reftel talking points. Without clarifying further, Mr. Hamikus said that further details on this topic "are covered by the Non-proliferation office," and referred poloff to that office for further comment.
