1. (U) Post found no information to indicate that the below
named individual has been involved in or accused of any human
rights abuses pursuant to the Leahy Amendment-mandated human
rights checks requirements. Post requests that the Department
check its records for any information indicating involvement
in or accusations of human rights abuses on the part of
following officer proposed to participate in USG sponsored
training:

Purpose: Attend "Ranger Course."
