KOSOVO AT UNSC SESSION

(U) The Belgian Permrep in New York will be making a
statement along the lines suggested in reftel when the UNSC
meets to discuss Kosovo on December 19. The head of the
MFA's UNSC cell told us also that the Belgian government
fully shared USG views on the need to send a clear message to
all concerned on the need to carry out the Ahtisaari plan.
