(SBU) Post relayed reftel points to Michel Tilemans, Adviser
for European Affairs at the Belgian Foreign Ministry. The
Belgians see Kosovo as a priority issue for discussion,
although they do not believe much progress will be made in
this month's European Council (GAERC) meeting. (Belgian
position on Kosovo status process reported septel.) Belgium
also intends to urge adoption of a strong EU implementation
framework for UNSCR 1737 Iran sanctions at this month's GAERC
meeting.
