1. On July 19, 2007, the Government's of Antigua and Barbuda,
Barbados, Grenada, St. Lucia, Dominica and St. Christopher and Nevis
officially accepted the ATA 6298; Quality Control in Civil Aviation
Security Pilot Course (QCCAS) to be conducted in St. Christopher and
Nevis from September 10 to 21, 2007 (ref. A).


2. Bridgetown's Regional Security Office (RSO) received the list of
candidates and will conduct the required name checks. Upon
completion of the vetting process, RSO Bridgetown will forward the
final participants list to DS/ATA.


3. The following information (not including The Bahamas candidates)
is for travel, per diem and conference fees for participants from
Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, and St. Lucia:

--Air fare and per diem (lodging and M&IE) - USD 45,000
--Conference room facilities - USD 8,500
--RSO travel and per diem (ref. B) - USD 1,500
--Bridgetown FSNI travel and per diem - USD 4,300


4. The above cost breakdown does not/not include expenses for the
six candidates from The Bahamas. Acceptance and funding information
for these candidates should be provided by AmEmbassy Nassau.
