SUBJECT: COUNTRY CLEARANCE REQUEST FOR MANSFIELD BLACKWOOD
1. Embassy Bridgetown requests country clearance for Mansfield
Blackwood, USAID Senior Technical Officer, to travel to Grenada June
20-21, 2007 and Georgetown from June 21-23, 2007.
2. The purpose of the visit to Grenada is to inspect sites for
final certification under the Hurricane Ivan Program. The visit to
Georgetown is to meet with members of CARICOM Secretariat on the
operations of the Drafting Facility.
3. Itinerary as follows:
June 20 LI 761 Bridgetown to Grenada arrives 9.20 a.m.
June 21 LI 869 Grenada departs 3.00 p.m. arrives Georgetown 6.00
p.m.
June 23 LI 512 Georgetown departs 2.00 p.m.
4. Mansfield Blackwood has a no-access security clearance. DOB
October 4, 1956; Jamaica Passport no A2519939; expiring on December
22, 2015
5. Mr. Blackwood has confirmed hotel reservations in Grenada at the
Coyaba Beach Hotel and in Guyana at the Meridian Pegasus.
