Embassy Bridgetown requests country clearance for Mansfield Blackwood, USAID Senior Technical Officer, to travel to Grenada June 20-21, 2007 and Georgetown from June 21-23, 2007. ¶2. The purpose of the visit to Grenada is to inspect sites for final certification under the Hurricane Ivan Program. The visit to Georgetown is to meet with members of CARICOM Secretariat on the operations of the Drafting Facility. ¶3.
