Post requests the Department's assistance in screening the following candidate who have been nominated for training sponsored by the United States, pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act. Post has no derogatory information on the candidate. ¶2. The following candidate is nominated for the Electricians Mate A course, 28 May - 29 September 2007. -- NAME: LEWIS, Conroy -- POSITION: Seaman, 3 years service, SVC# 62654 -- NATIONALITY: Antigua and Barbuda -- ORGANIZATION: Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force -- DPOB/Sex: 22 February 1977, Antigua, Male -- PASSPORT# 0151559 ¶3. LEWIS, Conroy is a replacement for POTTER, Oden who is unable to attend the training. The government of Antigua and Barbuda has provided a replacement so that the cost of training will not be forfeited.
