FACT/110(3) Note No. 239/2007 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commerce and Trade of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines present (sic) its compliments to the Embassy of United States of America in Barbados and has the honour to extend deepest condolences on the loss of lives as a result of the deadly shooting which took place at the campus of Virginia Polytechnic Institute on April 16th, 2007. The Ministry, on behalf of the Government and People of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, further wishes to express its solidarity and sympathy with Government and people of the United States of America, at this time, particularly to the bereaved families and community of Blacksburg, Virginia. May the Nation find solace and fortitude during this period of mourning.
