Hogath (sic),US Commissioner to the International Whaling Commission, a letter from Mr. Edwin Snagg, St. Vincent and the Grenadines International Whaling Commissioner. Hogart (sic) U.S. IWC Commissioner Dear Commissioner, I wish to take this opportunity to also extend best wishes to you for the New Year. I do acknowledge the importance of this year's IWC Meeting with regards to aboriginal whalers. St. Vincent and the Grenadines is prepared to continue the cooperation with all aboriginal subsistence whaling countries. We welcomed the circus in St. Kitts and Nevis and considered it very productive. In view of the review of quotas scheduled for the Alaska meeting our mutual cooperation is highly desirable and SVG will play its part. We will advise further on our participation at the February 27th Meeting, as we do recognize its importance. I look forward to working with you and to our further communication.
