1. Per reftel instructions, invitations was delivered by fax
under cover of Diplomatic Note (Antigua and Barubda #0848,
Barbados #0849, St. Vincent #0850) on September 6, 2007. The
original Diplomatic Notes were also mailed on this date.
2. Post was informed through a telephone conversation with
the St. Vincent MFA that Mrs. Eloise Gonsalves has accepted
the invitation to the Luncheon on Literacy and Health on
September 24, 2007, hosted by Mrs. Bush. On September 13,
2007, post receive a Diplomatic Note from the Antigua and
Barbuda MFA notifying that Mrs. Spencer is unable to accept
the inviation due to a previous commitment. Post is still
actively trying to receive a response on the attendance of
Mrs. Arthur from the Barbados MFA. The Prime Ministers of
Dominica, St. Lucia, and St. Kitts are not married.
3. Post will forward any further responses as they are
received.
