2. (SBU) Regarding paragraph 9, point c in reftel, post
requests that the TFCO be included on all relevant terrorist
finance e-mail lists from Treasury and State, including DCM
lists. Much of the December 2006 EUR TF e-mail traffic did
not get through to post or only reached the DTFCO.
Concerning public outreach, it would be useful to have
advance notice of any USG policymakers' public remarks
related to terrorist finance.
