1. (C) Poloff delivered reftel points to Katarina Zakova,
Deputy Director of the Department for Disarmament,
Counter-Terrorism and the OSCE at MFA. Zakova said Slovakia's
position would likely depend on the stances taken by EU
partners, particularly France and the UK. If both France and
the UK oppose the resolution, Zakova was fairly certain
Slovakia would as well.
