1. (SBU) POLOFF delivered Reftel information to Talaibek
Adjikulov from the Department of International Organizations
and Security Affairs at the MFA. Adjikulov said that
Kyrgyzstan will consider sending representatives to the
Nuclear Smuggling International Technical Working Group
meeting. However, due to financial constraints, Adjikulov
inquired about financial assistance to cover the travel costs
associated with attendance of Government officials at the
June meeting in Ume, Sweden.
