(U) On September 17, poloff delivered the 2007 International Religious Freedom report for the Kyrgyz Republic to Erkin Atabekov, human rights officer in the International Organizations and Security Department of the MFA. Poloff also informed Atabekov that a Russian translation of the report would be delivered once available. Atabekov said the ministry would review the report and promised to provide any substantive feedback or comments. ¶2. (U) To this point, there have been no local press reports regarding the release of the 2007 IRF. YOVANOVITCH
