¶1. (SBU) On December 18, Poloff provided the "save the date"
non-paper in para 5 of reftel to Andreas Friedrich, Head of
the MFA Arms Control and Disarmament Section. Friedrich
thanked poloff for the information, saying that early notice
of this planned event was helpful. He could not yet make any
commitments with regard to possible Swiss representation at
the May conference.
