Herzog. Herzog undertook to pass the information to
Germany's interagency export control working group. Herzog
also agreed Germany would have a legal basis to use catch-all
controls to prevent the export to Syria of large quantities
of ethylene/monoethylene glycol and hydrochloric acid.
