Lingenthal. Lingenthal expressed appreciation for the
information and said Germany would try to provide feedback by
October 3. Lingenthal speculated Russia would not react
positively to the proposal on Iranian front companies given
Russian reluctance to support any MTCR action that might be
perceived as broadening or expanding on UNSCR 1737. Post
