1. (U) Embassy Belgrade warmly welcomes the National War College
Field Studies Program visit to Serbia, and looks forward to
welcoming a delegation in spring 2008. Post believes that the May
9-22 schedule for the visit is reasonable. As we get closer to the
date of the visit, we will develop and schedule a program, in
consultation with the National War College, to include a country
team briefing and appropriate external meetings with local political
analysts, representatives of civil society, and Serbian Government
officials.
2. (U) The Control Officer for your visit will be Brad Bell, Deputy
Political Chief, who can be reached via email at BellBJ@state.gov or
by phone at +381 11 306 4687, or mobile +381-065-690-2640.
