¶1. (U) The Ambassador supports the Office of Defense Cooperation
Section 1206 proposal for the Regional Air Surveillance Coordination
Center. The center will provide important opportunities for our
continued mil-mil engagement with Serbian armed forces, as well as
promoting regional mil-mil cooperation and acclimatizing the GoS to
further cooperation in a NATO-type framework.
