(UNCITRAL) rules of procedure to Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Department of International Organizations Economic Division
Deputy Director Lu Mei and Ministry of Commerce Treaty and
Law Department Trade Law Division Director Hu Shentao.
Neither Lu nor Hu was immediately familiar with the issue but
promised to forward our views to the responsible officials.
