Beijing plans to inform its missions abroad about Chinese views on UNSCR 1747 and the United States' nonpaper will be a useful reference for China in this regard. The international community needs to balance the pressure it is applying on Iran with the need to bring Tehran back to the negotiating table, Chen said. Polmincouns said that to get the diplomatic solution we all seek it is vital that all member states including China fully implement the resolution and report to the Sanctions Committee by May 24 on steps taken to implement the resolution.
