In response to reftel demarche the Permanent Secretary of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs told the Charge on August 2 SIPDIS that the final decision on the delegation has not yet been made but that either President Jammeh or Vice President Isatou Njie Saidy would lead the delegation. The Secretary of State (Minister) for Foreign Affairs will attend, accompanied by the Permanent Secretary. (NOTE: The President attended in 2005 and the Vice President led the 2006 delegation.) ¶2.
