(SBU) On January 12, poloff delivered reftel demarche to
Chamsai Menasveta, Second Secretary in the International
Organizations (IO) Department of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Chamsai said that she and Dr. Kriangsak
Kittichaisaree, Director General of the International
Organizations Department will attend. Dr. Kriangsak is
willing to give a brief presentation on the topic that was
tentatively assigned to him in the provisional agenda.
