1. Country clearance is requested for Daniel N. Daley to
travel to Almaty, May 17-23, to attend the sixty-third UN
Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific
(ESCAP) plenary.
2. Mr. Daley holds diplomatic passport 910016961 and a top
secret clearance.

Arrive Almaty Wednesday May 17 at 0015 on KC 932
Depart Almaty Wednesday, May 23 at 0830 on KC 931
4. Lodging: Mr. Daley will stay at the Hotel
Intercontinental, 181 Zheltoksan St., Almaty, 050013, 7(3272)
50-50-00.
5. Local transportation: The Government of Kazakhstan
National Organizing Committee (MFA, UN Section, tel
7-3172-72-03-51) for the plenary will provide ground
transportation to and from the airport in Almaty.
