The Ports Department under the Ministry of Communications is inviting all interested parties from experienced International Container Terminal Operators to participate in the tender exercise on the operation and maintenance of Brunei Muara Container Terminal (MCT). This announcement was made in the Borneo Bulletin on January 16, 2007. ¶2. Tender Documents can be obtained from 1st Floor, Commercial & Marketing Division, Ports Department, Muara Port, Brunei Darussalam. Tender Documents duly completed in three (3) sets comprising of one (1) original and two (2) duplicates must be returned to the Chairman, Mini Tender Board, Ministry of Communications, 4th Floor, Jalan Menteri Besar, Bandar Seri Begawan BB3910, Brunei Darussalam before or on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in a plain sealed envelope bearing no indication of the Tenderer.
