Reftel demarche was delivered to Mamadou Diarra, Chief of the
America Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on
November 8. Mr. Diarra said he would pass the non-paper to
the Chief of International Organizations. The demarche was
also delivered to Fousseyni Mariko, Secretary General at the
Ministry of Agriculture, who promised to brief the Minister
of Agriculture Tiemoko Sangare on the proposed reforms at the
United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Mr.
Mariko confirmed that Minister Sangare would attend the FAO
biennial conference in Rome.
