Per reftel, information regarding David Walker's nomination
for election to the United Nations Independent Audit Advisory
Committee (IAAC) was shared with Galib Israfilov, head of the
Azerbaijani MFA Security Affairs Division. In a follow-up
phone call on October 23, Israfilov said that his office,
which is responsible for Azerbaijan,s voting positions in UN
elections, would review the information, but offered no
substantive comment.
