(SBU) This ACES vetting request is for a FOAA-funded course sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and scheduled for June 5-25, 2007. This is the 85th International Narcotics Enforcement Management Seminar (INEMS),and will be held in the Tampa/Clearwater, Florida area. Co-sponsored by the Department of Defense, the INEMS program will stress narcotics enforcement principles and techniques from a management perspective. Seminar participants will also be provide with briefings regarding demand reduction, chemical diversion, designer drugs, tactics and planning, legal briefings, financial investigations, management conflict resolution, leadership principles, worldwide terrorism, cyber crimes, and ethics in law enforcement. ¶2.
