1. (SBU) On April 24, DepPolCouns delivered reftel talking
points, non-paper, and Presidential speech on the situation
in Sudan to MFA D1 Directorate for International
Organizations deputy chief Ambassador Alexandros Rallis.
Rallis later said he had passed the documents to the Foreign
Minister's cabinet and to the MFA SYG Charalambos Rocanas.
