(SBU) On November 13, Poloff delivered reftel points regarding the "UN General Assembly Resolution Condemning Rape8 to Ambassador Alexandros Rallis, deputy director of the MFA D1 Directorate for International Organizations. ¶2. (SBU) On November 15, Rallis replied that he had shared the U.S. position with the Minister's cabinet and the D4 Department of Human Rights. On November 23, Rallis confirmed that Greece approved the resolution without additional amendments, as desired by the U.S. (reftel).
