(SBU) PolOff met with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs'
director of international organizations August 14 and
delivered reftel demarche. The director responded that
Paraguay will review the draft resolution, but had no
immediate response on co-sponsoring. She noted that Paraguay
would likely vote in favor of the resolution as it has on
previous Holocaust resolutions.
